Experience: Both Experienced & Freshers (Banking & NBFC sector)
Age: Below 32 for Experienced & Below 28 for Freshers
Note: This is Field Work and Open Market. It is an On-Roll Job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers, approach them, and persuade them to open CASA accounts, invest in insurance products, or deposit money in FD and RD accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the various banking products. Explain features, benefits, and terms and conditions to potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs, providing personalized solutions, and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets. Set achievable sales goals and work towards achieving them.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
- Training and Development: Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about the benefits and risks associated with different banking products, helping them make informed decisions.
